We do not accept reservations by telephone. To make a reservation, go to our “our tastings” section and select the service you require.

Reservations are essential for tastings. Please call us for last-minute availability.

Any request for a postponement, at the customer's initiative, must be made in writing via your customer area, via our contact form or by writing to contact@fromageriedulouvre.com.  No requests will be processed by telephone. The Fromagerie du Louvre team will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible to the request, reserving the right to assess the feasibility of the postponement, and will not be held to any obligation of result. If the Fromagerie du Louvre accepts the postponement, it entitles the customer to a new ticket which is non-modifiable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable, whatever the reason.

No requests will be processed by telephone. For time-stamped tickets, any cancellation made by the customer more than fourteen days before the date of the tasting will be reimbursed at 100%. Cancellations made by the customer between thirteen and four days before the tasting date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the reserved tickets. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tasting will not be reimbursed. For gift vouchers All our gift vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
